SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR NEWBORN SESSIONS

Timing

Time-wise, it's best to do the shoot right after a feeding and/or diaper change so the baby is nice and sleepy.

Location

I do not use a flash for newborn sessions, so we will want to take the photos in a room that has the most natural light. However, we don't want harsh sun coming through the windows. It may be necessary to temporarily shift some furniture around if the room is crowded but we'll put it right back when we are done!  

Environment

It's best to have a warmer environment so if you have a space heater or can temporarily turn down the A/C (if applicable) that helps also.
